Yes, I open up a select number of custom order slots as I have availability. Customs also require a deposit to secure your order.
No. I do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you receive a damaged package, every shipment is insured with UPS. In order to file a claim, I require clear and detailed photos of the shipping box and of the purchased design as it is in the box. Damaged packages are not the fault of the seller, however, I will do everything I can to make it right.
My suggested storage solution is to save your shipping box for your newly purchased designs. If space is a concern, I recommend carefully covering your wreath with an XL garbage bag or dry cleaning cover. You can hang wreaths on a sturdy coat hanger and hang in closets or simply cover them and place in a safe place where they won’t be smooshed or damaged. If your wreath gets dirty or dusty, I recommend gently blowing it off with canned air. For wrinkled or lifeless florals or ribbons, you may carefully use a hand steamer to help bring them back to life and release wrinkles. And if you need help, you can always shoot us a message and we will be happy to help!
The life of your beautiful new wreath is heavily determined by how and where it’s displayed and stored. Direct sunlight and exposure to moisture and other elements can decrease the life of your wreath. Improper storage can also decrease the life of your wreath. It’s recommended that you display your wreaths, arrangements and centerpieces in covered or protected areas or indoors to ensure longevity.
I do offer local clients to do order pickup. Typically I will suggest a safe and public space to deliver your wreath. Payment is required in advance and in full. If an appointment is missed, the order will either be cancelled or will be shipped at buyer’s expense unless client has communicated in advance or made other arrangements.
